Risk Assessment
Communication and decision making process
  • Prepare project directory, act as a single point of contact and coordinate stakeholders
  • Introducing appropriate management processes and procedures including chairing regular meetings
  • Establish regular reporting procedures and communication chanels with client
Quality of fit-out delivered by Landlord
Unexpected costs and exceeding the budget
  • Develop a preliminary budget
  • Provide regular cost reports to the PM comparing actual estimates against the target cost plan
  • Provide and report cost advice on alternative design solutions and associated life cycle costs up to end
  • Veryfication of executive design delivered by Landlord, review of materials and slutions proposed
  • Regular site visits to control material used and quality of execution
  • Veryfication of replacements proposed by Landlord, if required
  • Manage change control process, report risks to Aramco innovations
  • Monitor and review the progress and performance of the Project Team, General Contractor and Aramco innovations direct suppliers
  • Advice on remedial solutions, if neccesary

Health & Safety Strategy
To us there is no such thing as ”minor” incidents on site.
Safety of all people involved in the project before the premises are fitted out and afterwards is a top priority for us and we understand Aramco shares this mindset.
Appropriate communication with General Contractor and his representatives needs to be provided, reports from General Contractor, if necessary.
As works will be performed by General Contractor, he will be responsible for inspecting site often and enforcing relevant procedures that will minimize the risk of incidents to absolute minimum.
Health and safety is also very important for RITM, we apply the highest international standards, due to that, we introduced Health and Safety policies for our employees.
